Collaborative commission of a public artwork created through Participation for Newarke Houses museum.  Working With artist Khush Kali, the artwork explores flavour as the starting point of a dialogue between a migrant and his or her native hosts.  Working with Life Sciences Department at DeMontfort University and people from two different communities in Leicester a series of electron microscope images of herbs and spices were transformed into patterns and etched onto zinc.
